What should
I do if I forget my username or password?
If you should happen to forget your username or password, please call Lynn Williams
(765-4639) or Nedra Brown (751-6417).
Will NetClassroom
be available 24 hours a day?
Due to system backups, NetClassroom will not be available
during the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
What information
is available via NetClassroom?
Student grades, attendance, and teacher assignments will be available.
How do I
change my password?
To change your password, login and click Change Password from the main menu.
In the box labeled "Old Passwork," type in your old password. In the
box labeled "New Password," type in your new password. In the box
labeled "Verify Password," type in your new password again. Once you
have typed in your old and new passwords, click on the "Submit" button.
If the password change was successful, you will see the message "Password
updated successfully." If you received the message "We're sorry, we
were unable to process your change. Reason: Invalid OLD Password" then
you entered the wrong old password. If you receive any other message after clicking
"submit," please call 901-765-4600 and ask for the Technology Department.
In choosing a password, choose one that you can remember easily. We do not recommend
sharing your password with anyone.
Will I need a different
username if I have more than one stsudent at Briarcrest?
No. Once you login, you will see a drop-down box next to the word "Student."
In this box, you will see one of your students. If you click on the box, a list
of all your students will drop down. You will then be able to chose any of your
students to view grades and/or attendance.
How do I exit NetClassroom?
You may exit NetClassroom by clicking on "Logout" in the main menu.
What happens if
I click on the Briarcrest Crest in the upper left side of the window?
If you click on the Briarcrest Crest, you will be taken to the Briarcrest website.
The Briarcrest website will be displayed within NetClassroom. You will still
see the NetClassroom main menu on the left of the browser window. You will still
be able to access all the NetClassroom features.
