Photo Shoot! March 19th!

We will be taking head shot photos at practice on March 19! If you play the part of Albert, Rosie, Conrad, Kim, Hugo, Mae Peterson, Mr. and Mrs. MacAffee and Randolph please arrive at 6000 Briarcrest Avenue no later than 4:30. You will need to get in costume and make-up after you arrive. Everyone else arrive at 5:00 wearing a BLACK t-shirt. Mrs. Goode will be taking the photos. You need to go directly to the line and get your photo made before sitting in the pews. Thanks so much. You all are working so hard!!! Remember what we discussed tonight>>>AUDIENCE OF ONE!

Thanks to all parents who came to the meeting tonight. It was a great success. I am so thankful for all of your support! I have added a document to this page with additional costume needs. Some of it is directed to those involved in costumes (or wardrobe) committee. There is also a message to teens as well. Let me know if you have any questions!

Be sure and remind your parents that we will be having a PARENT MEETING THIS TUESDAY, FEB. 26 AT 6:00 PM. We have lots of things to talk about. However, it should only last about 30-45 min.

ADDITIONAL DANCE REHEARSALS IN REVISED SCHEDULE

Dear Bye Bye Birdie Cast, We have revised the schedule for this week to include dance rehearsals this Thursday and Friday. Please check out the REVISED SCHEDULE listed in the documents section. We will have a special meeting during Activity Period to discuss the changes. ALSO, you can't afford to miss rehearsals! Please check the SCENES listed and then check your script. If your character is in the scene in the script, you need to ATTEND REHEARSALS! Since we are working with limited cast, all boys in the ensemble need to attend when there is a crowd scene. When in doubt, ask Mrs. Weintraub!

Dear Bye Bye Birdie Cast, Our first week of rehearsals went great! Thank you for your enthusiasm and commitment to this production. Let's keep that going and we will all have a super experience and a successful run. Start telling EVERYONE now about this show. Tell them to save the dates, so we can pack the theater! You are our very best advertisement! Speaking of ads, don't forget to get those ads in by MARCH 31, especially if you want to have a special spot in the program! The Drama Mamas have already begun to locate props and costumes. We are going to have an awesome look on the stage. FLASHBACK TO THE 1950'S! "CALLING" FOR TELEPHONES! Don't forget we are looking for vintage rotary dial telephones! If you or your folks know of anyone who has one, we would love for them to donate it to our production! It does NOT have to work. We need lots of them for props. We might be spray painting some of them. LOOKING FOR LUGGAGE! We are looking for old-style luggage (1950's-1960's). If you or someone you know has some, please show me a photo of it at our next rehearsal. More later--Bye Bye!
